Billy Carter for VP

Billy Carter for VP

I think Obama should take Jimmy Carter on as his General Elections Campaign Leader. Carter can teach ANY Democrat “How to lose an election by a landslide”. Now that’s what the Christians in this nation should spend our time fasting and praying for. Jimmy Carter just recently came out by saying that Obama would be making a grievous mistake by putting Hillary on his ticket as VP. You go old man! You tell him! This is a great thing and I am praying now and will be celebrating when the official announcement is made by Obama - saying "I regret to announce that despite Mrs. Clinton being a great friend, she’s not my choice as Vice-President. It was a tough decision but the Vice-Presidential Candidate is: Billy Carter." Now that would make it easy for me to question the VP’s credibility. Is he still alive or has the cirrhosis taken him already? Hey, with enough people praying, you never know what kind of a miracle could happen.

All of the Obamaniacs are saying the same thing “It would be a big mistake if you put Hillary on your ticket as VP.”  As far as- who would actually be running the White House if he chose her, I can see the mistake. However, if he chose her, they'd together be able to get the majority of the leftist vote. I agree that with her as Vice-President, it wouldn't be worth winning the White House. Has anybody forgotten that she was already president for 8 years?

Speaking of Obamaniacs, last night I learned that Jay Leno is a sadistic idiot, when he had the magnificent, witty and kind Conservative man- Jeff Foxworthy on. He barely gave him any time to speak. Jeff is now under contract with “Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader”, meaning that he cannot speak out openly and aggressively about his political beliefs. Leno had another guest come out. It was a well-known LIBERAL writer who I won’t even name, because I won’t give her the credibility. You could see Fox’s face melt with an inexpressible resentment as he adjusted his seating over away from the edge of the second seat, so he didn’t have to be too close to her. You know what Jay, you just lost a viewer. It was already difficult to see you drooling with love for Obama, but this was wrong, after always claiming to be a social Conservative. Your ratings game worked against you.

This liberal creaton who doesn’t even speak good English, touched the Fox without his permission and made reference to red-necks. She said “If you went out into rural West Virginia with an Obama shirt on…” He interrupted “I’d probably be strung up.” I was thrilled. She made a few references to how Obama would be best served if Jeff would be VP and said that he was considering an anti-war Republican. I stopped watching and don’t know who she mentioned, but wow! Far RIGHT Conservatives be warned- a wolf in sheep’s clothing is NO sheep. A wolf in sheep’s clothing is worse than a wolf. It is a devious manipulative wolf. God protect us from those who don’t get it. She also said that Obama would be making a big mistake by putting Hillary on his ticket.

Back to the liberal voters- if he doesn’t take Hillary on as VP, he will be splitting the party. That, my Conservative brothers and sisters is what we want, unless of course he chooses a RINO in good ole boy’s clothing on the ticket. Then we will need to worry about him taking the Conservative-minded folks who don’t have a clue unless Rush or Newt say it, since they’ve relentlessly attacked McCain. They will be the dangerous one’s then.

NOBODY should ever vote without researching the voting records and investigating the issues. This country is in sad shape because of it happening so much. If you are new to the voting world and only know what you hear click here. BUT also be aware that IF you are close to two Candidates that there has NEVER been a 3rd Party and you should pick between the two actually running, by the MOST important of your ideals and also realize that it should NOT be all about you. It should be about strengthening a nation in its entirety. If this nation falls apart, so will your little world.

As for all of the attacks on McCain, MOST of them are misguided and spewing about as many venomous lies as something written by liberals. Has everybody forgotten the terrorists who want this nation bowing to Mecca with them 5 times a day or beheaded? That is a place where NO other candidate would do, but McCain, who is an 80% Conservative, just making him a Conservative, NOT a RINO, NOT a Moderate. People like Bob Barr, who essentially have NO past and rarely make it out to vote on the important issues, fall into a dangerous group of people who want to pull our troops from Iraq. Conservatives- look at the bright side: With people like Carter advising Obama, we actually have a shot at this election, despite ourselves.

1992 all over again

1992 all over again

Every president in history has spoken somewhere or to someone that shocks us all. We don't know why they do it. Maybe some campaign manager was misguided and thinks it's a good idea? Every president has done something that would make us sick, EVEN Reagan. Many of Reagan’s mistakes, like immigration, are the same mistakes McCain has made. McCain is still a war hero and basically he does things with a conscience. Reagan left the economy a mess, due to things like the star wars program. You never hear about that. The reason you don't is likely because he was charismatic, just like Bill Clinton and the left never comments on Clinton's mistakes.

What scares me and makes me want to cry is that most of the GOP is just trading McCain insults in groups like this and NOT writing these things to him, with a warning that what is happening now is almost identical to what happened to Bush 1, when Clinton won. McCain is a good person and will do his best to please the right, if a large majority bothers to let him know directly what makes them unhappy.

In the Bush1 generation, the right became too righteous and jumped on the Perot or Robertson bandwagon, in lieu of Newt's complaints, totally ignoring what good Bush did: fixing the economic crisis DESPITE the Democrat majority in the houses (Clinton jumped in and milked our military for money. Then took credit for balancing the budget); Bush ended the cold war; Facilitated the fall of the Berlin wall (Reagan got credit for both. He started the ball rolling, but a Democrat would have popped it); Bush liberated Kuwait from Iraq, with nearly no casualties, etc... The same is happening with McCain right now. That 1992 mistake predisposed us to 9/11, because our military was virtually non-existent and Clinton let Osama go.

McCain is being ripped to shreds, just like Bush 1 was and many of the things he is being bullied for are things that Reagan did too. He has powerful people beating him to death and quite honestly I think he's the ONLY one of the presidential candidates that had even a modicum of a chance of a large enough majority to beat the Democrats in 2008.

Think back! We are on the same road. As a matter of fact, right now with Bush's low approval rating, THE ONLY way of winning this is by winning the fence sitters, Reagan Democrats and getting near 100% of the GOP vote. We have multitudes of new voters being wooed by the left successfully.

No matter what McCain does or has done it will not even be close to what we will have in store for us if we get the Muslim or the wicked witch.

PLEASE- Good or Bad, disconcerted or enchanted, no matter how you feel about McCain, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE come together, fight for him and spread the positive, unless you really truly think we can make it through 4 years of a Democrat. THAT IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN if the negative keeps spreading. Also, pray for our GOP daily. If enough people bother, it will help.

God Bless!

If you do better with analogies: I was not a big fan of Bush 1, but I saw it as somebody I could tolerate. He wasn’t terrible, just not perfect. I looked at him as if a relative I was close to was dating somebody who wasn’t good enough for them and I knew they’d eventually break up and meet a better, more suited person to date. You know that when somebody you care about is dating somebody you aren’t fond of, it doesn’t help matters to belittle them, especially making them sound worse than they are. It definitely doesn’t help to have an entire family of self-righteous people, whose decisions are likely no better than the person they are cutting down, belittling them terribly. That person may just surprise you, if you don’t build them as a tyrant in your mind and belittle them to a point of no return. The results of that are typically causing unnecessary problems and often that relative will rebel and end up in a long term relationship with a very bad person. Our favorite relative: Lady Liberty has 3 potential suitors and our negativity can make the best possibility into an impossibility. With a long term relationship with one of the other two, Lady Liberty may just fall apart and never end up in a good relationship. Encourage her best suitor to be a better person and he may just surprise you and be the best one ever.

To Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich and any other egotistical far right Conservative who claims to be concerned with what’s best for this nation

To Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich and any other egotistical far right Conservative who claims to be concerned with what’s best for this nation:

It’s wake up time! As a fellow far right Christian Conservative, I say it’s time to support McCain or shut up! No, really, I love you, but put a sock in it- FOR God’s sake (literally). I have always shared most of your views and enjoyed your talents, but I haven’t even been willing to read your columns or buy any new books lately, due to you’re my way or the highway views. I am a representative of that grassroots base that makes you money and I am not alone in my views. I just happen to voice them louder.

These elections are so obviously becoming a repeat of the 1992 elections. In 1992 we had a Moderate Republican in office who accomplished MUCH MORE than, even I ever gave him credit for. He was replaced with this nation’s first completely immoral president, due to the far Right Conservatives and their ‘Moderate no more’ attitudes. Certainly, we’ve had liberal idiots before Clinton, like Carter for example. However, Clinton took the immoral cake and that was thanks to the righteous speeches from the far Right and the idiocy of Perot. That election was essentially given to the left by Newt (yes, I [a far Right Conservative] insulted Newt), Robertson (proclaimed Christian, who actually supported the Right’s most liberal, pro-choice candidate- Giuliani) and of course H. Ross Perot (proclaimed friend of Bush).

Now for the 2008 election cycle, we have far Right Conservatives who are well known, like the aforementioned who want to tear McCain to shreds for a 20% liberal record. Does this sound familiar? Funny! I think I heard something similar before, like in 1992. So, over a 20% liberal record, we will take a 0% Conservative who will leave some of us bankrupt and a nation morally bankrupt.

Before anybody bothers to try to rip me to shreds, like they do McCain, just know that I have spent at least 48 hours of my time, when you add it up, researching every vote and every issue McCain has voted on. Not to mention, all of the other time researching the official voting records of other potentials and the time writing to fight for our GOP to have a chance in `08, whether it has to tone down a bit or not. If you can’t say the same, you can shut up too. No offense to my fellow Conservative, but I’m tired of your far Right views flushing my nation down the proverbial Clinton toilet!

I heard this nation speaking, beginning in `04 and shouting now that they want change and it is up to the far Right just how much change we get. Are we going to get a Mildly Conservative Republican; are we going to get the worse of the two Clintons; or are we going to get a Muslim who has us all bowing to Mecca 5 times a day? Your choice folks and even Newt is saying we can’t win this with just attacks on the left. We have to turn this campaign positive!

Personally, I have been fighting for the far Right as long as I can remember. BUT, the fight for the far Right is over for now folks! There is NO far Right in the 2008 election cycle. Therefore continuing to beat your chest and fight for the far Right will make this nation take a u-turn and head left before you know what happened. Obviously I am one of the few who learned from the 1992 mistakes. Your egos are not worth the outcome. Your disappointments and threats of a 1992 style rebellion would be best suited in letters and opinions expressed directly to our only shot at `08, like it or not- McCain.

If you can climb over your egos, you’ll see that many of the McCstakes made throughout his McCareer are the same mistakes made by Reagan. I know, I know, it is a sin to speak ill of Reagan. He was my favorite president too. I cried when he died too, but he was no more a human than McCain. He started out as a Democrat, don’t forget! McCain has always been a Republican. AND, does anybody remember where amnesty came from? Do your research!

In the spirit of all Moms’ of our generation, “If you don’t have anything nice to say about McCain, don’t say anything at all.”

In the words of my Mom, “Someday when I meet my maker, at least I can say I tried.” Can you? Think about it before you help fast forward us to the day he comes.

God Bless you all and may God forgive our haughtiness before the elections!
